The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 10th July at the usual venue. Calling Notices have been issued by post to all Committee members and can be viewed below, along with the Agenda for the meeting. As this is the AGM all players are welcome to attend

The Annual General Meeting will be held at on Wednesday 10th July 2024, at 7.30pm, at Cornerstone Methodist Church (formerly known as Gt Horton Methodist). The AGM. is an open meeting and all registered players are welcome to attend.
If you are not able to attend please ensure that your Institute is represented.
I have not received advance notice of any proposals regarding Rule changes but after being involved in one of only two ‘shoot outs’ in the Play Off competition last season (which incidentally I won) I would like to propose a change, so that instead of a sudden death arrangement, each players has three attempts at the ‘spotted up ‘ position, before going to sudden death if scores are level.
I will post an Agenda on the web site ahead of the meeting and look forward to seeing you on 10th July
